China, Decorations, and Linen Fees

• All breakfast buffets include quality disposable ware.
• Upgrade to china service is available at an additional rental rate of $2.50 per person.
• Standard linen is provided for all food and beverage service tables, as well as guests tables.
• Upgrade to specialty linen is available. Please contact our Catering and Events Coordinator for details.
• Standard bud vases are provided as decorations for meal services. Upgrade to other decorations is available. Please contact our Catering and Events Coordinator.

Labor Fees

• Uniformed servers are available for events at $25.00 per hour, per server, with a four hour minimum. Delay in service of meals may result in additional fees. Hourly rates are subject to change.
• Servers for beverage stations are available at $35.00 per hour, per server, with a two hour minimum.

Bar Service Fees

• Beverage station setup fee is $2.50 per person, and includes beverage station, wine and water glasses, corkscrew, ice and cocktail napkins.
• Servers for beverage stations are available at $35.00 per hour, per server, with a two hour minimum.

Sales Tax

• University departments are exempt from California State sales tax.
• California State and local taxes are added to purchases on non-University accounts.

Method of Payment

• University departments can make payments in the form of an IOC, and services provided are not subject to sales tax.
• Non-University individuals and businesses can make payments in the form of cash or check payable to "UC Regents."
• A 50% deposit based on the estimated facility cost is required to reserve your event date.
• The balance of the total estimated cost is due on the day of the event.
• Other miscellaneous and incidental charges are due within seven days of the conclusion of the event.
• Prices are subject to change without advance written notice if market prices beyond our control should fluctuate.
