Plated Luncheons
All entrées are served with fresh roll and butter, choice of iced tea or lemonade, and choice of one dessert. Standard china, flatware, glassware and linens are included. Please see "Desserts" section for choices. One entrée for all guests; there is a 25 person minimum.

Poached Salmon Salad
  Cold poached salmon on a bed of mixed greens with candied walnuts and raspberry vinaigrette

Grilled Chicken Caesar
  Tender slices of grilled chicken breast atop a crisp salad of romaine, croutons, and shaved parmesan

Thai Beef Salad
  A refreshing combination of lemongrass marinated flatiron steak, grilled medium rare, on top of fresh mixed greens, mint, cucumber, carrots and bean sprouts; tossed with a ginger lime vinaigrette

Taco Bowl Salad
  A crisp tortilla shell filled lettuce, seasoned ground turkey, black beans, cheddar, salsa, guacamole and sour cream

Chinese Chicken Salad
  Tender slices of grilled chicken breast, romaine, red peppers, carrots, celery and red onion tossed in a creamy peanut dressing topped with crisp won ton strips

Chicken Tarragon Salad
  Tender poached chicken breast tossed with farfalle pasta, cherry tomatoes and red onions in a creamy tarragon dressing

Pad Thai Salad with Chicken
  Rice noodles tossed with a paprika, fish sauce and tamarind vinaigrette with cabbage, carrots, green onions and peanuts; topped with grilled chicken breast

Fried Chicken Salad with Ranch Dressing
  Crisp romaine, with tender pieces of fried chicken, carrots, celery, and red onions with creamy ranch dressing on the side

Turkey Waldorf Salad
  Tender cubes of turkey breast tossed with fresh apple, celery and raisins in a light sour cream honey dressing

Chicken Breast Salad
  Poached chicken breast with green onion and ginger pesto, almond rice salad and Asian slaw

Club Sandwich
  Triple layer of turkey, ham and bacon with lettuce and tomato on sourdough bread; served with a choice of potato salad or coleslaw

Fried Chicken Sandwich
  Artisan Ciabatta roll with a spicy chicken breast and jalapeno cilantro coleslaw

Roast Beef Sandwich
  Thinly sliced roast beef, served on Ciabatta bread with cambanzola and pear chutney
