Berkeley’s Early Childhood Education Program The Early Childhood Education Program (ECEP) provides quality early childhood services to over 280 children of university faculty, staff and students in award-winning, nationally accredited programs. Our staff is a team of early childhood educators who believe in the importance of supporting our students, staff and faculty in balancing their family, school and work needs. Through our partnership with parents and campus, ECEP continues to serve the mission of the University of teaching, research and public service. |
