Greetings from Cal Dining! Cal Dining is proud to serve the children of ECEP. Our primary goal is to provide safe, tasty and nutritious food to the children and staff of ECEP. Menus are designed by Cal Dining's Associate Director of Culinary, Ida Shen. Also involved are Registered Dietician, Renee Simpson; ECEP Cook and Driver, Kim Por Sze. Operations oversight is provided by Supervisor, Sean Marcoux; Executive Chef, Don Cortes; Associate Director, Robert Stayte and Director, Chuck Davies. Cal Dining is a non-profit self-supporting auxiliary of the University. We employ approximately 250 career staff (primarily represented staff), 75 limited & over 450 students each year. We operate 16 different locations on and off campus.
