This beautiful Spanish-style complex, highlighted by terra cotta
accents, tiled fountains and landscaped courtyards, is a self-contained
venue offering superior level service, meeting space, upgraded dining
services and a self-service computer center for word processing
and e-mail access.
Accommodations in suites and residence hall rooms are
available for approximately 700 guests.
The two bedroom suites have one bathroom and are shared by the occupants of that suite. A few three bedroom suites that share two bathrooms are also available.
Bedrooms in the residence halls do not have private bathrooms.
Instead, each floor has one central bathroom with private toilets,
shower stalls and wash basins.
The Clark Kerr Campus Front Desk is located in the Administration Building (Building 1). The office hours are from 7:00am to 11:00pm daily, and the phone number is (510) 642-6290.
Our on-site conference clerk staff will assist with the check-in of each guest. If your guests arrive after 11:00pm, instructions posted outside the Administration Building (Building 1) will refer them to check-in assistance. Check-in locations and times will be determined with the help of your conference coordinator.
Guests will need to close their room doors (doors lock automatically) and return their keys to the Front Desk by 12:00 noon. A non-refundable fee will be charged for any keys not returned.
