Foothill

2700 Hearst Avenue

The Foothill housing complex is nestled in a eucalyptus grove on the northeast side of campus. It was designed to blend with the natural beauty of the Berkeley hills. Wood shingles, mature trees and redwood decks are just a few of Foothill's unique features. Accommodations are provided in suite arrangements varying from two to eleven double occupancy bedrooms. The complex houses up to 700 guests. All furnishings are solid oak and each suite has a separate entrance, living room and shared bathroom(s). Linen is changed weekly and towels are changed every other day.

The common building (Bldg. 4) included the dining center, assembly room, lounges and classrooms. Laundry rooms and vending machines are located in the complex.
