Foothill features a lodge-like dining room serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Foothill is green and organic certified, and offers traditional foods, a pizza and pasta station, deli selections, a grill station and a 100% certified organic salad bar.

A variety of hot and cold menu items are available at breakfast, including eggs, pancakes or waffles and cereals. For lunch and dinner and dinner, guests may choose from two or three hot entrees, including a vegetarian selection, vegetables, homemade soups, fruits and desserts.
