Visitor Meal Voucher Request Form

We are pleased that your group is interested in eating in our dining halls during your visit to UC Berkeley. The designated dining hall is Crossroads, located at 2415 Bowditch Street. The current meal voucher rate per person (subject to change without notice) for the Academic Year is $8.00 for breakfast (7a-10a), $9.00 for lunch (11a-2p), and $10.00 for dinner (5p-9p). Summer pricing and times varies. (Current summer prices and times (subject to change without notice) $9.75 for breakfast (7a-9a), $11.75 for lunch (11:30a-1:30a), $13.50 for dinner (5p-8p).

If you are a group of 25 or less, no reservation or meal voucher is required. You may pay with cash or credit card at your selected dining common.

For groups of more than 25, meal vouchers must be picked up and paid for at the RSSP Cashier's Office located at 2610 Channing Way, 2nd Floor, Residential & Student Services Building (behind Crossroads). Payment is due (3) days before arrival date if paying by check. Please plan accordingly. Only cash or credit card payment is accepted by RSSP Cashier's Office on the day of your meal.

Any changes in number of meal vouchers, please call 510-643-4314 at least 3 business days prior to your arrival. We will accept additions to your group up to the date of your visit. Please keep in mind that the charges for meals will be the guarantee even if the actual number of guest is less than the guarantee on the invoice.

If you are ready to proceed with your request, please complete and submit the following form. You will receive a response within (1) business day. Please keep in mind, your request is not confirmed until an invoice is provided with the guaranteed number of guests.
