Clean Plate, Clean Planet
Throughout the spring, Sustainability Students will be tabling in the dining commons to help educate students about food waste. They will also teach students in the residence halls about recycling, water use and energy conservation.

Good to compost: All food scraps, filters, coffee grounds, food paper, and tea bags.
Do NOT compost: Plastic (wrappers), liquids, glass, and metal.

Trans-fat Free
In our effort to provide our customers the healthier options, we have completely eliminated trans fats from all of our offerings – especially focused on partially hydrogenated oils. This is beyond the government standards that allow .5 grams of trans-fat per serving to be stated as “zero” on nutrition labels. You will notice a change in our packaged product offerings resulting from our switch.

Produce Stand
The GBC Produce Stand will now be open Monday – Thursday from 10 am – 4 pm. Check out the selection of Semifreddi’s baked goods.
