Student Programs

Cal Rentals is UC Berkeley's exclusive service providing rental listings and housing advising to the campus community and eligible visitors.

Currently registered students may subscribe online right now! Just click on Web Updates and then Sign Up.

New students who are not yet registered may receive listings in advance of arrival. Click on Student Services and follow the instructions that apply to you.

We also assist faculty, staff, visiting scholars and other University affiliates. Look for these programs by clicking on Faculty / Staff Services.

Landlords, homeowners and students seeking roommates can place free ads with Cal Rentals for University tenants. To list, call (510) 642-3644 or select Landlord Services for listing forms and more information.
