Information to Prospective Applicants to Family Student Housing

This is to inform you of planned construction projects in Family Student Housing. Due to the construction planned in University Village Albany through 2008, all applicants to Family Student Housing are being informed that the duration of their occupancy might not be contiguous with their student status, depending upon where you elect to live. An offer of housing that is made to you may be conditioned upon your tenancy ending upon a predetermined future date. As housing may be a consideration in your decision to attend the University, we want you to be aware of this construction and the impact on housing.

Post Doctoral Fellows and Visiting Scholars are eligible for East Village, but only after all eligible students have been assigned apartments.
