Towle Mini-Suites

The Towle Mini Suites are located in the Unit 2 complex on Haste Street west of College Avenue, three blocks from campus. Each mini-suite consists of two spacious bedrooms, either two double-occupancy rooms or one double- and one triple-occupancy room, plus its own bathroom with shower. Each mini-suite is single-gender.

The Towle Mini Suites is identical to the mini-suite buildings in nearby Unit 1, which are the Christian and the Slottman Mini Suites. The contemporary architecture of these buildings features polished concrete and glass, letting in lots of natural light. They face central courtyards with fresh landscaping. Below the Unit 1 and Unit 2 courtyards are each Unit's offices and student mailboxes, the Academic Services Centers and Multi-Purpose Rooms, a small gym and conference rooms. These are shared by each site's original four highrise towers.

Furnishings - maple furniture including extra long twin size beds with underbed drawers and bookcase, desk, desk chair, closet with three-drawer dresser.

Amenities - high speed internet lines, basic cable TV hookup, lounges and study rooms available on each floor.

Faculty in Residence Program - Each mini-suite building includes an apartment where a faculty family lives in the residence and serves as a resource for all the students in the Unit complex.
