The Cal 1 Card is the official student
identification card. Go to the homepage, http://cal1card.berkeley.edu/,
to learn more about your Card.
The Cal 1 Card Debit Plan is an added
feature of the Cal 1 Card. By depositing money into your Cal 1 Card
debit account, cardholders are able to make purchases at Campus Restaurants,
the Cal Student Store and designated vending machines on Campus. If
you live in the Residence Halls, you can also use it in the laundry

Residential Meal Plans: Standard meal plans are included in room and board rates; "points" are the currency with which students use their meal plan. Non-residential Meal Plans: Students living off-campus or in Cal Housing apartments can purchase a non-resident meal plan online or by stopping in the Cashier's Office.
