Employment Process Medical Management (medical leaves and accommodations) The Medical Management Program provides counseling to managers, supervisors, and employees who are confronted with issues related to medical leaves of absence and return to work, the need for reasonable accommodation for medical restrictions, and fitness for duty. The Program coordinates department wide compliance with The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by assessing job duties and reviewing job descriptions and PEM forms for essential functions and preparing modified work plans.
