Welcome!This site provides basic information about how to publish on the web. It discusses everything you need to know from university policies and resources to the principles of user-centered design and HTML coding. There are a great many other resources on the web; hence, these pages will also suggest useful follow-on sites. These links and pages are brought to you by a dozen volunteers who spent spring working together to provide a brief but high-quality tutorial for our community. The project was initiated and supervised by the WWW Steering Committee. Maintenance and updates have yet to be institutionalized.
